The townhouse is located in a quiet area, but the neighbors were noisy. There is no ventilation in the bedrooms, bathrooms, or living room, so we had to keep windows open constantly, and outside noise was very noticeable. With a small child, this was inconvenient. The bathrooms have no doors, and a jacuzzi in the bedroom causes odors to spread into the room. While the house appears renovated, it is not practical for living: wardrobes are only in the basement, so you have to go downstairs to change or store clothes, which is very inconvenient. The beds were clean and odor-free, but the layout and furnishings felt awkward and uncomfortable. Our child developed a mild skin reaction after moving in, which resolved after leaving the house, so families and people with sensitive skin should be cautious. Another issue was stray cats: although the living room has a beautiful view, opening the doors was impossible because cats would enter the house, and they left waste on the balcony. The balcony cannot be safely used for dining, and it is unsafe for children. Overall, the house seems more suitable for a group of young adults than for a family with a small child. The view is beautiful, and the kitchen and living room are nice, but it is not practical for family stays.
