Für 2 Nächte auf der Durchreise okay, wenn man eine günstige Unterkunft sucht.
- schöne zentrale Lage - günstiger Preis - Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Spülmaschine vorhanden - großer Fernseher mit italienischen Programm
- wird für 4 Erwachsene vermietet, obwohl es nur 3 Schlafgelegenheiten gibt (Schlafsofa ist durchgebrochen) - allgemein abgewohnter Zustand - direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen und deshalb eher laut - viel zu wenig Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser vorhanden - Heizung funktioniert nicht - es ist kein Parkplatz vorhanden. In der Nebensaison kann man allerdings in einiger Entfernung kostenlos parken. In der Hauptsaison dürfte das schwierig sein

La posizione è il vero plus della casa, davvero centrale e con vista sul mare. Qualità prezzo interessante per chi si sa accontentare.
Casa trasandata e da svecchiare, divano letto rotto e un po' di muffa in bagno. La pulizia in generale non è buona come dovrebbe essere.

schönes großes appartement mit allem was man braucht. gute ausstattung ! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Sehr zentral, alles in der nähe.

La posizione era ottima. Il letto nella camera molto comodo
Il divano letto era rotto, impossibile dormire per la quarta persona, comunque molto scomodo anche per una persona singola. La pulizia generale era scarsa, un po' fastidioso passare l'aspirapolvere appena entrati. Gli elettrodomestici sicuramente un pochino datati, ma vista la posizione e il prezzo ci si può accontentare

Un buon appoggio per un weekend a Recco
A parte il primo intralcio riguardante l'orario check in un po' confusionario, la casa si è presentata pulita e ordinata. È presente tutto l'occorrente per una vacanza anche più lunga rispetto alla nostra. Vista mare incantevole e vicinissima al centro. Apprezzata la presentazione degli asciugamani con cioccolatino! Con delle piccole migliorie lo consiglierei.
La cucina rispetto al resto della casa si potrebbe un po' "svecchiare", ma comunque accessoriata di tutto. Un suggerimento per il bagno: difficoltosa l'uscita dalla vasca (penso a persone anziane) suggerisco di apporre un maniglione per attaccarsi. Mura del bagno ricoperte quasi interamente di muffa. Cuscini di scorta da lasciare con federe.
