The check in process was simple- an email with all access info including Wi-Fi passwords was sent ahead of time. The home was immaculate, well-kept and updated. Was in close proximity to some stores and cafes. Most of the places you needed to drive to. In Margate within 10 min drive. Had a wonderful time and as long as you have a car to get around it's a great home to stay in. We would definitely book again if in town.
Parking was the biggest issue. We had enough for 2 cars in the driveway, but the street had parking on both sides and if the cars closest to the driveway parked beyond the yellow line it was tougher getting out

Very comfortable and fully decorated house that let us feel at home. The house had everything, was very spacious and was a great place to relax.
We stayed here with 2 adults and two teenage children, but have easily stayed with four more.
No remarks.

The location !
The owner of the property didn’t did what it promised to reimburse me 30% of 2 nights because of the lock of taking care the water heater issue!
