Good property for a large group of. Well equipped

It was very spacious, in a perfect location for The Belfry, where we played golf and extremely quiet. There was plenty of hot water for the amount of people staying in the accommodation.
There were a couple of things missing. There was no cork screw and we could have done with some oven gloves and champagne flutes.

A large house in a beautiful part of Sutton Coldfield. Ample room and a large garden providing complete privacy at the back of the property.
The floors were sticky and filthy. The carpets hadn’t been hoovered. The electric shower didn’t work in the upstairs bathroom. Not even a tea towel provided, although there were clean towels and bed linen. Bizarre shelving in wardrobes prevented us from hanging clothes. No welcome book and complete lack of information really. Such a shame as all the above could be easily rectified.
