Wonderful, relaxing overnight stay.
The property was welcoming , warm and cosy.
Just wasn’t able to work the TV but the owner phoned to help us out. Perhaps some instructions would be a good idea.

It was perfect for my needs.
Provisions satisfactory on arrival. Easy access, heating was put on, very comfortable and clean.
Amount of tea bags supplied, low. Could have done with instructions of how to use TV and shower.

A lovely place to stay :).
It’s a lovely cabin - excellent facilities and very clean. Good communication with the owners. Talybont-on-Usk is a nice village in one of the best parts of Y Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons). It’s a great location for going exploring some of the (relatively) quieter areas around. I would happily stay again. Diolch :).
It’s really not a criticism, but as it’s a cabin, the bathroom (which has a lovely shower) is small. At 6ft 2in, I was fine, but I think someone taller might struggle with leg-room when using the toilet! I feel bad mentioning this as it’s a lovely place and the owners have clearly put a great deal of effort into providing an excellent experience for the visitor. It’s just something to bear in mind.

We did enjoy staying at Ty Sycamore however the bed would need replacing for a sturdier one.
Good location in Talybont on Usk. Easy walking distance to a cafe and pubs.
The bed was extremely “wobbly” and not comfortable with very soft mattress. Bathroom was very cold after the night despite closing the window.

Cozy little getaway
It was lovely and cozy and had everything we needed. There were little cereals, tea, coffee sachets and fresh milk, which were a lovely touch and the cabin was very clean. It was a great location, less than a five minute walk to the village pubs and cafe and a drive to park on. John the host was lovely … we would highly recommend a stay. We went to the Brecon Waterfalls the next day

Fantastic 🤩 would 100% recommend and wouldn’t hesitate in coming back.
Had a wonderful stay. John was so friendly and welcoming, gave us recommendations of where to go and was interested in what we’d been up to. Cabin was spotless with everything we could have needed. Milk in the fridge was a great (much appreciated) touch! Location fantastic. ✔️✔️✔️
Struggled with the shower… probably our own fault. Was either too cold or too hot.
