Fijn eenvoudig vakantiehuis voor gezin of vriendengroep met prima voorzieningen . Met goede tuin, terras en tuinoverkapping. Veel privacy. En alle kamers een eigen wasbak.
Ontbrak in eerste instantie aan twee linnenpakketten (maar was na een telefoontje direct opgelost). Kamers aan de kleine kant.

Die Lage war echt top. Abseits vom Trubel sehr ruhig gelegen. Der große Garten war sehr angenehm zum Entspannen und auch als Auslauf für unsere Hunde. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Hunde, dafür war die Grösse des Hauses ausreichend. Die Nähe zum Meer, Wald und den De Koog und Den Burg war für uns sehr gut
Bei Ankunft war das Haus nicht richtig sauber. Haare in der Dusche und auf den Bettdecken, unter den Möbeln Staub und Dreck, Spülmaschine voll, Waschstücke vom Vorgänger in der Waschmaschine. Texelvakanties zeigte sich aber sehr bemüht die Missstände zu beheben bzw. einen Ausgleich zu schaffen. Die Ausstattung an Geschirr war mehr als ausreichend. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn ein paar grundlegende Dinge, wie Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmittel, Spülmaschinentabs oder ähnliches vorhanden gewesen wäre.
