The agents never answered emails - hopeless. Also got mixed messages about linen etc - still gave us wrong answer when we arrived
The owners were part of the same property - they were great but as stated above the agents had no idea and did not respond to at least 5 emails

The property was very homely, very clean and well set out for a couple. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and was even stocked with other handy supplies such as cling wrap, paper towel etc. The property was close (approx. 10 minute walk) to main street of town, horseshoe bay, coffee shops, pub etc.
It was not made clear that the property was on the bottom floor/underneath where the owners lived. This made the stay feel a little awkward and while they did not invade our privacy and had made the property very comfortable for visitors, there was an element of not being able to relax as much as we would have normally.

Everything was perfect. On arrival we were greeted with a delicious homemade slice and met our host who made us feel very welcomed.
