Super moderne Ausstattung der Wohnung. Es war sogar ein zusätzlicher Fernseher im Schlafzimmer und alle Fenster hatten elektrische Rollläden. Unkomplizierte An- und Abreise durch Schlüsselcode.
Der Gartenblick war nicht so prickelnd und auch die Bahntrasse hinterm Haus wurde in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt. Die Schlafcouch in der Küche könnte bequemer sein und passt mit dem beschädigten Fuß so gar nicht zum restlichen supermodernen Inventar.

Die Wohnung war.sehr gut und modern ausgestattet, man wohnt in einer zentralen Lage und ist schnell in der Innenstadt oder auch in Braunschweig. In der Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Im Haus sind schallisolierte Fenster eingebaut. Trotz der Hitze konnte man nachts gut durchlüften Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und sehr gut erreichbar.
Das Haus liegt an einer stsrk befahrenen Straße (Vorderseite) und einer Bahnlinie direkt hinter dem Haus. Durch die isolierten Fenster konnte man dennoch gut schlafen, jedoch nicht bei offenem Fenster. Dies ging aus der Beschreibung leider nicht klar hervor. Der Außenbereich des Hauses war noch nicht fertiggestellt, was ebenfalls im Vorfeld nicht ersichtlich war, aber keinen Einfluss auf die Wohnung hatte.

Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, z.b. mit allem, was man so an Geräten und Werkzeugen braucht in der Küche. Das Bad ist großzügig ausgestattet.
Wie in fast jedem Appartement fehlten Salz, Zucker und Pfeffer. Warum ist das eigentlich so?
