Op het balkon komt geen straaltje zon, maar er is wel een zonnig groot dakterras. Helaas staan daar geen (lig-)stoelen. Dat zou een stuk comfortabeler zijn. De badkamerdeur kon maar een klein stuk open. Is makkelijk op te lossen.

Good location - just a 5 minute walk into El Cotillo - easy to get to the supermarket as well. Lovely and clean. Nice kitchen/diner/lounge. Bed was comfy.

It could do with a bit of a refurb as some of the furniture is quite tired. Balcony was very small and does not get the sun unfortunately so we didn't sit out - we travelled in January. Getting in was a little frustrating as the lock was quite sticky.

The location of the apartment is excellent – the beach is within easy reach, there are many good restaurants nearby, and both a supermarket and a bus stop are close by. The host was easy to contact, and the key handover via code was very well organized and straightforward. Also worth mentioning are the nice bedroom, the very comfortable bed, and the overall cleanliness of the apartment.

The apartment felt very cold, as it is mostly in the shade and gets very little sunlight. Especially in winter, this should be taken into consideration. Because of the low temperature, it was not possible for me to work comfortably in the apartment. The very bright, cold lighting in the living room also made the space feel uncomfortable. Although there is plenty of storage space, the apartment is furnished in an old-fashioned and rather kitschy way, with too many decorative items such as plastic plants, which made it feel impersonal and not very cozy. Upon arrival, a large blue trash bin was placed right next to the dining table, which was aesthetically unpleasant. Overall, the apartment did not feel comfortable to me, and I would not choose to stay there again.
