Modern Comforts: Inside, you'll find a newly renovated, well-equipped kitchen and a brand-new A/C system with fans in most rooms to keep you cool and comfortable. Each room features a large TV and a desk, ideal for catching up on movies, internet work, or gaming. Gather in the living room for movie nights on the impressive 85" TV, or enjoy a game of foosball or the pool table in the great room. The garage is stocked with even more games, including a full-size ping pong table.

Luxurious Master Suite: The master bedroom offers a king bed, stunning lake views, a 65" TV, and a spacious walk-in closet with a built-in dresser. The master bathroom is a spa-like retreat, featuring a large shower with subway tiles, a teak bench, a rain shower head and a hand shower. Dual sinks and a freestanding soaking tub with a lake view window complete the luxurious experience.

Endless Entertainment: The property is packed with amenities to keep everyone entertained. Enjoy the ping pong table in the carpeted garage, or head outside for a variety of activities, including kayaking, canoeing, pool basketball, pool volleyball, and lawn games like bocce ball, dodgeball, and kickball. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast before hitting the theme parks or preparing a gourmet dinner, you’ll find everything you need to create delicious meals. Enjoy the views from the large dining table or kitchen bar stools over home cooked meals.

★☆ HOUSE RULES ☆★

Pets allowed with a fee. $100 for 1 pet. $150 for two. SMALL DOGS ONLY, NO CATS.  No smoking ($500 penalty if found smoking on the premises). No additional guests permitted onsite above 10 total. If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out as we aim to be reasonable.  Limit outdoor parties and noise after dark as in a quiet neighborhood and police may be called. Report any damages that occur during your stay. Make sure to return garage door openers in the welcome basket, all fan remotes to their holders, all TV remotes near the TVs, pool toys back in storage and games returned as you found them as next guest arrives same or next day. Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.  These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners, or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might be able to accommodate you, though a fee might apply. Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry or charge. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request you vacate the property.
