Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time. These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply. Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property. If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. The home was great for my wife, daughter, pup and I. Loved that it was pet friendly. It was as described. My only critique would be that it was not super clean and we had issues with the Fire Stick accessing YouTubeTV. Quiet neighborhood and great location. The neighbor in the front unit was not the most friendly at first, but lightened up as our week went. Overall, we’d stay there again.

There were a number of issues of concern during our stay. We checked in at 4 PM as requested, and the Cleaning woman was still there. She finished cleaning the bathroom and the kitchen, then mopped the kitchen floor and vacuumed as we lifted our feet. There was only one role of toilet paper, so we had to buy more. The Keurig machine had water in the reservoir, which was odd, yet it did not work. There was a filtered water, pitcher in the refrigerator however, no indication of how old the filter was. The toaster oven has never been clean… or at least in a long time. And finally, the towel rack in the bathroom must have broken with previous renters, because it came off the wall as soon as we put a towel on it. I was very pleased with my correspondence with the owners however, I was not as confident with Red Awning. All of my previous VRBO rentals have come with a welcome packet full of general house instructions and a little information about local groceries/restaurants/things to do. We really missed that extra touch that we have come to count on with VRBO.
