The accomodation was great clean, tidy and well maintained. Michael was a great host.
Breakfast was delicious we loved the view out of the bi folding doors. Ideal for our trip to Murreyfield to see Bon Jovi and ideal for a bus trip into Edinburgh city. We left our car at the property while we went sightseeing which was great. 10 mins work away was a great retail park which had everything you could think of.
We'd definitely go back again.
Their was nothing to dislike.

Lovely spacious room with very comfortable bed and great bathroom facilities. Breakfast was lovely and set us up for a great weekend at the fringe!

The breakfast was lovely - cereal, fresh fruit,yoghurt, locally sourced bread and pastries. Tea/coffee.
The hosts allow their guests to use the kitchen if they wish and give free access to tea and coffee making facilities.
The large kitchen/diner has a seating area for guests' use which includes use of the large t.v.
I feel guilty critisising anything as the bedroom is very comfortable and there is a lovely modern shower room adjacent to it complete with toiletries. If I'm honest a king size bed would have suited us better but that's just being picky!

Very welcoming hosts and a very comfy stay. Breakfast was lovely. Very clean space. Ideally situated for the City and Murrayfield for our concert.
There is nothing to dislike.
