Property was clean, well irganised & clean.
The Unit is well Maintained. Very Good!
The Entrance of Building, Car Park Ram, Car Park Area looks very run down & no proper maintenance. Building compound has sewerage smell & walls aren’t clean but has fungus. Poor Maintenance.

The location was nice, close to the major activities (by car). The shopping mall with many restaurants was also nice. The apartment was really spacious which was nice for the 4 of us.
On the pictures it looked really nice, but in reality it was a bit outdated and not that clean. There was dust on many places and there was mould in the bathrooms. The complex itself was also outdated and dirty.
