The apartment is nice and big really comfortable the host is so nice and friendly always kept in contact if I needed anythink he was so helpful also I liked this place as it had top security great location shop near by highly recommended

Devono essere fatte delle manutenzioni e aggiunti i cestini di spazzatura nei bagni. Il parcheggio privato è sempre pieno non si trova mai posto

The property was like in the pictures, the kitchen was well equipped, although a bit of a detergent to wash the dishes would be nice. It is in a local neighborhood, so you will see how they live. Several restaurants nearby. I chose this property exactly for that reason, not to be stuck with tourists. The internet was very good.

Initial impression was VERY BAD - there is another Residence Najah in the city center, even though I took the official taxi from the Airport, the information that it's in the "Hay Salam" part of town came few minutes after I landed and since I don't know the city I thought it's misspelled "Hey, Salam" (as in greetings). When the taxi driver and me were calling the property for explanation - the host did not pick up the phone. This caused unnecessary stress. When we got out of the taxi, the security at the property wanted to see my passport and I refused, saying that the host already got it and was responsible for informing the authorities (police?). The water heater did not work, even after the gas cylinder was exchanged we had trouble with it. The property is about 1hour away by local bus from the city center. The buses stop running around 7-8pm. The property could use some fresh paint and minor repairs (like door handle in one of the bedrooms is broken)
