La posizione, l'aria condizionata in entrambe le stanze, bollitore, rapporto qualità prezzo, ingresso indipendente
La doccia a terra scomoda con rischio di allagamento del bagno, tanto che la porta del bagno non si chiudeva perché gonfia dall'acqua che nel tempo è straripata. Neppure un tappeto o uno straccio e neppure un'indicazione a riguardo. Lo stesso vale per la spazzatura, nessuna indicazione o info sul da farsi. Il rubinetto della cucina non era fissato e la manopola non si chiudeva bene continuando a fare uscire acqua. Consiglio di mettere un telo copridivano da poter lavare e rendere igienica la seduta ad ogni cambio ospite
