The staff was attentive and polite. The venue was further amazing, with beautiful and spacious rooms and modern showers and toilet situated on the River Kwai. The aesthetics of the facilities and nearby tea house added to the ambiance.
The walk down to the boat house was steep and may not be very convenient for the elderly. However, the hotel provides a golf cart as transportation.
