Excellent location, amazing views from the balcony, beach accessibility, nearby nightlife options, dozens of restaurants and diners nearby. The property itself is very well maintained, well decorated and clean. Host was super responsive and replied within minutes to any query. Totally worth it.
Just ask the host about proper instructions on building entrance and parking etc. Rimal towers are very confusing specially it’s very difficult to find your parking space. It took me 2 days to remember my parking space

The location is excellent, 5 min walk to the beach and all restaurants etc.
The Tower is being renovated so very easy to get lost in it. We couldn't find a front entrance or lobby area. But this is obviously only a temporary issue and I'm sure will be perfect when finished. JBR can be very busy with traffic and getting anywhere quickly at night by taxi is impossible. So give yourself lots of time when booking taxi

Very good location. Clean. Amazing views. Spacious. Great facilities.
AC initially was not working but was fixed within 2 hours of reporting fault. The hot water in the shower could have been hotter.

Greatly decorated, centrally located and all the facilities were provided and more. The staff are very attentive and the little details added made it feel like a 5-star hotel stay!
Some specks of dust from the vents I suppose? But nothing major as everything else was perfect
