צוות נחמד מאוד, חדרים נקיים, מיקום נחמד מאוד, קצת מרוחק מהעיר אבל קרוב לקלאוד 9, יש בסיבבה בתי קפה נחמדים מאוד וכמובן זה קרוב לשאקה בקלאוד 9

היה ריח קצת לא נעים במקלחת, מעבר לזה השהות הייתה נעימה מאוד

Loved the location, beds are comfy, the staff was amazing (specially Gene) and breakfast was delicious.

All the service personnel, very professional and very helpful, they are wonderful!!! They guy that did our check in on arrival was so nice and kind. I fully recommend this place.

The room does not have any mirror outside, just one little one inside the bathroom, I felt like it was missing one beside the TV, maybe? Also there is a bad smell sometimes, coming from the sink or toilet, not sure where, but it's horrible, it's not all the time but sometimes it does. Those two things I feel can get better, that's why I'm giving it 9 and not a 10. The best of it all it's definitely the service personnel, very happy about them.

Posizione perfetta, struttura molto carina

Pulizia non perfetta, le lenzuola erano macchiate di rosso in più punti. Nonostante avessimo la colazione inclusa, volevano addebitati i panini che ci hanno proposto loro il primo giorno (senza dirci che sarebbero stati un extra) perché avevamo il pick up prima dell'orario della colazione e ci hanno addebitato il tè e il caffè della colazione successiva (ancora una volta senza dirci che le bevande erano extra)
