Inviting and cosy. Very good location, close to everything. Fairly clean, could be better.

No toothbrush holder and not enough toilet roll.

Good location, nice rooms, comfy beds, fast internet, small garden, place to park your car, if needed shops were close by

Pictures of bathroom looked bigger, no mat in the bath, I almost slipped, no much room. We had problem with heating,arrived late evening and it was cold, had to watch video as the pressure was too low, boiler would not work, no much of explanation how to make it work. They sent us video. That was sorted, but next day we had issues with cooking. Again did not find any instructions how to operate. Had to watch a video again otherwise we would not be able to have our breakfast. Wanted to watch TV, unfortunatelly could not see even News, no instructions how to operate. We were not lucky to use all of the house applieances which is a shame. Maybe with better comunication like leaving printed instructions would help. My husband was fed up calling for a help. Their cleaners could do better job
