Lovely overnight stay in Arras in modern clean stylish house, perfect for 2 couples or a family.

Did not meet the hosts but was easy to find the keys in the box and easy to return. House was modern, clean, very comfortable and well equipped. Walkable to centre (about 25 mins) and lots of Ubers available to return home after dinner, even during the busy Christmas Market period. Parking outside was easy and a welcome bonus!

Access was through the garage onto a path which led to the property, which not quite as expected, but the house itself is fabulous.

Great location and stay

We loved the location, the garden and ease of access. We made use of the chairs in the garden.Loved that we were left coffee pods and other general items to use. The standard of the accommodation was very good, light & bright and comfy.

Beds were too firm, but luckily there was a topper left which we used and made for a better night sleep. We would have liked there to have been a wash hand basin in the toilet cloakroom. The coffee machine was dusty and had water left in it!

The property was fabulous, modern, clean, everything you needed and very comfortable. Valentin was an excellent host, nothing was too much trouble. Also, lots of information about the best places to eat/drink in Arras and about the local amenities.

Huisje was super netjes, ruim en schoon. Locatie was goed. Parkeren kon voor de deur. Supermarkten of bakker in de buurt op loopafstand. Hosts waren vriendelijk.

Prachtig en zeer schoon complex

Wij, gezin van vier, zijn twee nachten geweest in dit mooie appartement. Alles is voorzien van luxe. Er stond een mooi flesje bier klaar voor ons. Er was eten in de keukenkastjes, kruiden en allerlei aanbevelingen lagen klaar bij aankomst. Het centrum is prachtig en overal zijn genoeg parkeerplaatsen en laad mogelijkheden voor de auto. De gehele schoonmaak zit bij de prijs in. En schoon was het appartement zeker!!! De eigenaar en zijn vrouw/ vriendin zijn enorm vriendelijke mensen. Deze mensen gun je het ook echt! Ze zijn om het appartement heen nog aan het bouwen. Als dit er zo uit komt te zien als het appartement (wat wel af is) dan komt dit helemaal goed! Bedankt!

Le confort de l'appartement neuf , fonctionnel, spacieux et bien équipé et décoré. La terrasse est agréable par beau temps. L'appartement est calme, hors du centre ville avec de nombreux parkings gratuits et à proximité du réseau de transport en commun (l'usage de la voiture dans Arras est déconseillé). L'hôte est très sympathique, attentif et de bon conseil pour satisfaire les locataires.

L'accès à l'appartement par une allée gravillonnée n'est pas aisé avec de lourdes valises à roulettes.

Een superfijn verblijf, wat ik iedereen kan aanbevelen.

De accomodatie was heerlijk licht, schoon en van alle geamkken voorzien. De communicatie met de host liep ook heel soepel en er ontbrak ons aan niets.
