The flat was in good condition and was very clean. The only minor issue was that the shower had a tendency to flood (after normal use). There were 6 of us in the flat and we had to use some of our alloted towels to mop the floors after showers had been taken (the shower is an open unit, without a door to prevent leakage). Aside from that, the apartment was clean and comfortable. Easy to access and in a good location.

The customer service provided leaves a lot to be desired. The online check-in process was laborious and frustrating. I spent about an hour resizing and reformatting our group’s photo IDs until the website finally accepted them. Once I had successfully achieved this (I don’t know why I couldn’t just send them via email, or similar) I received absolutely no information about what would happen next. After asking about the next steps in the process, I only received one message that read: “ya hiciste el checkin”. Literally, just that. Not a “Buenos días”, or “La mañana de tu llegada te enviaremos instrucciones sobre cómo acceder a la vivienda” (or similar). On the morning of the arrival, I received a WhatsApp message containing instructions of how to enter the property, as well as a message that said “if you have any questions, you can contact me from 10:00 to 20:00 everyday”. 9 minutes later (at 11:09 - during the stated office hours), I asked a question about parking that went unanswered. Unfortunately, my friend’s car got towed by the council to make room for a street market the next morning, and we had to pay a 230 euro fine. This also ruined one of our planned hikes for the weekend, as we had to spend the morning retrieving the car from the impound. While I completely accept that this is not the fault of the property, their lack of a response to the question, as well as the grim check-in experience, left a sour taste in the mouth. When I raised this issue with them (the lack of response and the cold manner in which they responded to my check-in query) I was told “I’m sorry, but…we manage more than 100 properties”, as well as accusing me of giving them “a lecture on professionalism” and that I had been “demanding information about external matters” (for asking literally one question). This is the first negative review I have ever left for a holiday rental, but it is clear as day that this company does not care about customer service.

Está totalmente reformado, estaba todo muy limpio y la ubicación es buena, cerca del coso y del centro. La comunicación con el alojamiento fue muy buena y clara para entrar en el piso, con indicaciones muy claras para acceder a el. Sin duda repetiría con ellos.

No puedo poner ningún pero

EL departamento estaba listo al llegar, comodo y con espacio. En el centro de la ciudad y con buenos accesos.

Alquilamos para 7 huespesdes y los cubiertos (tenedor, cuchillo) no alcanzaban para todos. Deberian agregar mas utensillos de cocina (rallador de verdura, destapador, etc)

LA UBICACIÓN

HACÍA FRÍO Y NO FUNCIONABA NI LA CALEFACCIÓN NI LA BOMBA DE CALOR. TAMPOCO HABÍA MANTAS NI EDREDONES EXTRA PARA PODER ESTAR MÁS CONFORTABLES. LA COCINA NO ESTABA BIEN EQUIPADA. NO TENÍA NI SAL, NI UN TRAPO DE COCINA, NI UN PAR DE CÁPSULAS PARA LA MÁQUINA DE CAFÉ... LAS CAMAS ESTABAN BIEN PERO LAS ALMOHADAS MUY INCÓMODAS.
