Hilton Head Beach & Tennis C10

I liked the three pools we could use. I like that bike rental was close. The property was ok. I also liked the bunk room where my kids could just sleep and we didn’t have to put anyone in the living room. Budget friendly. I like the pond right outside our patio.

The ceiling fan in the master bedroom. It did not fit the decor. I liked the bedroom furniture very nice and then you have this terrible ceiling fan that belongs in. I don’t even know where it belongs. There is a big soft spot in the master bathroom tub. The floor in the kitchen was broken or breaking. Patio sliding door was very hard to maneuver. I also thought the baseboard needs to go. Ranch base makes things look a lot older. You put a nice new floor in there even though it’s broken and then you put old ranch base. Put some nice chunky base in there and make the property look up-to-date.

The apartment was clean. I appreciate the diversity of the guests. Walking distance to the beach was not bad. The pool was very nice. I like that the bar and eatery was beside the pool. Nice drink choices! Only thing was there is an alligator on the property, yikes! He even comes out of the lake and chills on the side where people can sit and walk!!! I did not want to take my kids beside the lake, that was a little scary!
