Prédio novo, funcionários atenciosos. Cama confortável. Ar condicionado funcionou bem. Tinha secador de cabelo.
Não teve retirada de lixo durante os 6 dias que fiquei nem troca das toalhas. Uma parte da iluminação não estava funcionando. Ferro de passar roupa não estava disponível, mas na lista dizia que tinha.

Atendimento, localização, equipamentos.
O flat não possui um lavatório! Consideramos uma falha grave. Encontramos o flat mal limpo e com toalhas velhas. Depois da reclamação, as falhas foram sanadas, exceto, é claro, a falta do lavatório. Tivemos que usar a pia da cozinha para lavar o rosto, escovar os dentes, fazer a barba...

Péssimo atendimento na portaria. Nunca se esforçando para melhorar nossa estadia. Sempre a desculpa era pra ligar pra administradora...mesmo no caso de vazamento de água às 23 h..... absurdo.
