I liked everything about this place.

I had a wonderful stay at Raica Enterprises. Mary, the host, was exceptionally attentive and she personally welcomed me, checked in often to see if I needed anything, and made me feel truly at home. The property is very central and easy to find, which made moving around Mombasa convenient. My room was spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed, except for cooking essentials like oil and spices (which guests should bring themselves). Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and drinking water were provided with a hot-and-cold water dispenser available which was a thoughtful touch. The place was clean and well-maintained with two toilets and bathrooms making it comfortable for longer stays. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely book here again. I highly recommend Raica Enterprises to friends and fellow travelers looking for a welcoming and convenient stay in Mombasa.

The issues I encountered was pests. I found large cockroaches, centipedes and worms crawling around likely due to the property being on the ground floor and surrounded by plants. There is also a gap under the door where they seem to enter. This was unpleasant and should be addressed to improve the guest experience. Despite this, I appreciated the hospitality and amenities and with better pest control, this property could be an excellent choice. I would still consider booking again and recommend it to friends once this issue is resolved.
