Bezproblemowe zameldowanie , wyposażenie kuchni w sprzęty typu zmywarka płyta elektryczna i mikrofala. Jest również pralka. Nowy lokal czysty i estetyczny
Na czas naszego pobytu uszkodzona kabina prysznicowa brak jednych drzwi utrudniało wygodne korzystanie z prysznica. Brak WiFi przez cały okres pobytu. Trochę mało naczyń w kuchni wymaga doposażenia. Brak dodatkowego miejsca do siedzenia w postaci chociażby niewielkiego fotela. Przy 3-4 osobach nie można wygodnie obejrzeć telewizji Balkon niewykorzystany w ciepłe dni warto umieścić stolik i dwa krzesła i można by rano tam kawę wypić. Lokal wymaga dopieszczenia przez gospodarza i powinno być dużo lepiej
