Small rooms, no products to clean with, no basics available

Very nice apartment in a quiet location, with superb views of the mountain panorama. Well furnished and laid out, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Great to have outdoor furniture on the balcony.

Unfortunately we were not told by Booking.com that no sheets, towels and household linen would be provided. Also, there were no instructions up front where to sign in and collect the keys etc. I had to ring a local number and find out where to go. Luckily, we brought some towels and the man at the local agency had sheets and towels in stock that we could hire. Although the cost for this was quite substantial for five people. If we had known beforehand, we would have brought everything with us.

La situation près des pistes et au-dessus d'une superette. L'équippement bien complet. La vue superbe vers les montagnes. Le parking très près. Le calme.

Le confort des lits. Dans la grande chambre, le lit 1 place était très mou et le lit 2 places très dur. Une chambre sans fenêtre. L'absence de Wifi gratuit. L'orientation malheureusement au sud et non au SO pour profiter du soleil en revenant du ski en fin de journée.

Can’t recommend this property, the cost was INSANE for what we had to do. The beds are rock hard, there is no towels provided, and NO linens provided!! Who rents out a place with beds and doesn’t provide you sheets? They told us after booking we could rent linen individually and said that is common in France. I have stayed in France and never encountered this. Then, on top of the insane price they hit us with a cleaning list that was so ridiculous. We either had to pay €100 to have it professionally cleaned, or follow their cleaning list. The list was so long, it had things like “empty the vacuum cleaner” on it. Who does that???? Oh, and to top it all off- this place didn’t have any WIFI. However, they required us to scan a QR code at the air bnb to check in AND check out. Now how the heck are we supposed to do that in another country when you don’t even have WiFi for us to use???! All around, not a good experience.
