It is new and well equipped.

The flat is functional, but the layout is not ideal. The Wi-Fi signal only works reliably in the living room, and due to the property’s interior location, mobile network coverage is also very limited. Natural light is quite restricted, with almost no lateral light. While this may be an advantage during the summer months, in winter it makes the space feel rather dark. Communication with the management company could be improved. I was contacted by several different staff members who repeatedly asked for the same information, which made the process less smooth than expected. There was also an initial requirement for a paid in-person check-in. However, when no staff were available, I was able to complete a self check-in at no extra cost. This inconsistency created some confusion and did not leave the best impression. Overall, with clearer communication and more transparent procedures, the experience could be significantly improved.
