Excelente localização, apartamento com bom espaço interno e arejado.
A vazão de água oscila muito, a ponto de não sair água no chuveiro, a vazão da água quente é baixa prejudicando o funcionamento do banheiro social. O estacionamento é bem apertado, caso vier com camionete não conseguirá estacionar.

O ponto positivo é a localização. O imóvel é realmente pequeno.
Além da demora em ter retorno da administradora. O imóvel ainda estava meio sujo, e com itens da locação anterior. O ar condicionado debaixo vazava água e o de cima não esquentava. O local tinha cheiro de churrasco velho. A rede informada não funcionava e depois de quase 1 dia consegui acesso através de outro atendente pois o anterior só ignorava.
