1 bed home in Eckington

Beautiful location and lovely conversion. Would definitely recommend.

Outside dining furniture could do with an upgrade. The property also gets very hot in the attic especially during a heat wave so extra fans would have been nice.

Quaint little annex very well placed for exploring the surrounding area, pet friendly & walks from the door.

The property was a good size and well equipped. Nicely decorated and was bigger than the images made it look. Nice big driveway and small enclosed garden for dogs.

All radiators were off when we arrived, it was freezing and it took 4 hours for the place to warm up. It was noticeably warmer outside. The bathroom could have done either a deep clean and so could the window frames with cobwebs. The tiles in the garden round to the bins could do with being cleaned, extremely slippy when wet.

Good renovation

Only 1 small couch in lounge area. Bed linen old. Cheap duvet and pillows. Not enough towels. Oven filthy as were alot of Kitchen items. Old worn crockery and utensils. Fridge only 1 narrow shelf. Freezer full of ice so couldn't use it. Chipped old crockery. Chopping boards old and dirty stains. Outside table old and very rickerdy. I have photographs of all but can only post a few. As we were there for only 3 days we didn't have time to find alternative accommodation and go through the effort of asking for a refund.
