Location... away from CT Road, close to beach. Basic, but large and comfortable rooms with balconies. Fast WiFi, helpful, relaxed staff.
Difficult to find ... no clear name displayed.

Excellent staff, very helpful, they were continuously been in contact, till check-in, and even after they were asking about the our needs. And the location is very near to beach - by walk just 5 mins - I went to sunrise early in morning. The rooms very clean and large enough for small family. The facilities they provided are also very helpful - provided with kitchen utensils, small fridge, geyser, an RO water purifier- personally it helped us a lot, because we have 2 year old child.
Just a small note — it would’ve been helpful to know the building’s name is Lakshinivas. We reached the location on Google Maps but couldn’t identify it until we called and someone came outside. Nothing major, just sharing for future visitors.
