GuestReady - Modern retreat in Elephant and Castle

The place is awesome with nice views, nearby public transportations, restaurants and grocery stores. It is clean and the kitchen is fully stocked. It has no air conditioning but each room has a fan and windows can be open a little, which helps.

Property key collection is a hassle. The location to pick up the key is not easy to find. The instructions say it is at a KeyNest location but it is a small grocery store without the KeyNest name. I found it by matching the image of the store from the instructions rather than by its name. Due to my travel schedule, I came to the store 20 minutes earlier than the pickup time. They made me wait outside for 20 minutes before handed me the key even though I promised that I won't enter the unit until the check in time. The store is a 7 minute walk which makes it difficult with luggage. We're a group of 4 people but there was only one key given. It is inconvenient when we split. There was a key fob attached to the key that was used to access the elevator but this information was not given. I had to ask a random person at the building on how to use the elevator. Returning the key to the grocery store is also inconvenient because we have to struggle pushing luggage walking to the store. I would suggest the host to convert the traditional key lock to a digital key pad that they can change the code for each reservation.

Der Blick über London ist fantastisch! Das Appartment war sauber und die Matratzen bequem. Genügend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Ruhige Mitbewohner. U-Bahn-Station und Bus-Haltestelle sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ebenso ein Supermarkt. Empfehlen können wir den Italiener Pappagone Süd.

Es war nicht so einfach, den angegebenen Laden für die Schlüsselübergabe zu finden. Google-Maps führte uns leider nicht an die angegebe Adresse. Hier wäre eine Skizze/Wegbeschreibung hilfreich. Sobald man vor einem rot gestrichenen Restaurant steht, rechts um das Gebäude herumlaufen. Dahinter befindet sich der Laden für die Schlüsselübergabe.
