Traditional style thatched cottage in Kenmare

The cottage is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The rooms are furnished very tasteful with antique furniture, the kitchen is well equipped. The surroundings are absolutely quiet, nevertheless you can reach the Ring of Kerry within some minutes by car. Nearby is a very nice beach, too.

Beautiful old stone cottage near Kenmare, we absolutely loved it! It's a bit out of town so great for people who want a quiet, idyllic place to stay. But it's just a 10 minutes drive to Kenmare, a lovely town with nice pubs, restaurants and shops. Great location to explore all the sights along the Ring of Kerry. Caroline, the manager, gave us a very warm welcome and was always available if we needed help or advice. But pack warm clothes, it can be a bit chilly inside of these old walls! There were enough heaters and a floor heating system though; we also used the fireplace. Loved loved loved the kitchen. Couldn't think of a more romantic place to stay.
