Needs more gym equipments

This is a great place for a short overnight stay! We are grateful to the owner for his hospitality! He made sure that we easily found his apartment and gave us clear instructions for checking in. The apartment has various little things for travelers, including water in the refrigerator. This apartment looks like a typical hotel room. There is a TV, a refrigerator, a small kitchen and a washing machine. Very nice design. Our overall experience has been generally positive.

I can advise the owner to add dishes, because it is only designed for two people. For three there were only 2 cups and 2 plates. They never made a bed for the third person, although we insistently asked, because we arrived at 2 am and wanted to go to bed right away. The owner sent a photo of the sofa with the bed folded on it. We made it ourselves, it is not a problem, but it is not right. In addition, the bed was very damp. Probably, it is because of the humidity in the atmosphere, but it was very unpleasant to sleep. The double bed is comfortable, but it creaks very loudly with every movement. The biggest problem is the fold-out sofa. I would throw it out altogether. But if the owner cannot replace it, then you need to buy a topper, because the sofa has a very thin mattress. When you lie on it, you feel the entire metal structure under it. It is generally uncomfortable and short. Our child refused to sleep on it.

* The location is very convenient, close to the airport, most attractions, restaurants, and directly connected to Carrefour Mall. * The apartment is well-equipped with kitchen essentials, including an electric cooker, plates, cutlery, and a washing machine. I was also fortunate to find some laundry detergent, fabric softener, and a drying rack left by previous guests. * The apartment was reasonably clean. * I particularly liked the smart TV, which included access to popular streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, and OSN. * The internet connection was fast and reliable. * The agent, Khalid, sent me the check-in details in advance, and the self-check-in process was straightforward once I located the building.

The listing advertises private parking, but unfortunately there is no dedicated parking space available. Guests must search for public parking on their own. * I expected more assistance in locating the building. Khalid only sent a video showing the entrance door, and his interaction felt rather minimal. Since all the surrounding buildings look very similar, it took me around 10 minutes to find the correct one. Unfortunately, this happened at around 3:00 PM when the outdoor temperature was approximately 47°C, making the experience particularly uncomfortable. I was expecting at least a follow-up call or message to check whether I had arrived successfully. * The shower head in the bathroom was detached and missing. * The air conditioning did not function properly. Although the thermostat allowed temperature adjustments, the room temperature never dropped below 21°C, even when I set it to 18°C. In addition, the unit would frequently stop for about 10 seconds before restarting, resulting in inconsistent cooling and reduced comfort. * Sound insulation between apartments is poor, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring units and reducing privacy. * Considering the price, I do not believe the apartment offers good value for money when compared with nearby hotels and the services they provide. * I also noticed upon arrival that the key box code appeared not to have been changed after the previous guest. This raises concerns regarding security and access control.
