Location and ease of doing transaction
Could use further cleaning and some sink drain flushing. A few spots that cleaner not getting to before next rental. Bathroom sink drain poor and needs an over door towel rack in bathroom. No kitchen sink plug to do dishes or dish towels.

This place had great charm, was exactly in the location we needed for an overnight stay in Windsor, and was clean and easy to access. We felt safe. Wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely stay here again.
The trash outside was not emptied so there were a lot of flies coming in the house when you opened the door. Also, the back bedroom with the two beds needs blinds or a curtain on the one window. I felt kind of exposed.
