- Architecture is the standout — high ceilings, great ventilation, wide doors that let the fresh Sentul breeze flow through the whole house - Indoor garden with fish pond near the staircase, real plants throughout, well-maintained - Kitchen right at the front door — super convenient for a big group, everyone can grab coffee or clean up without crowding - 3 well-sized bedrooms, double room fit 2 adults + 1 kid comfortably - Hot water is excellent - Quiet residential neighborhood with security gate - Host is wonderful — lives nearby, responds fast on WhatsApp, personally helped when cooking gas ran out. Genuinely kind and polite.

- Parking is just a small space on the side of the road in front of the house, not a proper garage - No AC — the natural breeze was enough for me, but worth noting if you need climate control

Ruhige Lage. Freundliche Vermieterin. Hauskatze gab es gratis dazu. Internet funktionierte gut. Putzfrau kommt 2x die Woche.

Das Bungalow war renovierungsbedürftig. In der Küche war Schimmel. Da das Bungalow hinten offen war, kamen viele Mücken zu Besuch. An der Vordertür fehlten Gardinen, so dass jeder ins Bungalow schauen konnte. Es gab keine leeren Schränke zum Verstauen der Kleidung. Eine Mikrowelle wäre schön gewesen. Der Wasserdruck war ziemlich niedrig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte insgesamt nicht.
