Great location near the beach and walking path into town. The house could sleep a lot of people. Ducted heating for winter was great.
It was expensive for an older, quirky property compared with a modern beach house and with more expectations on guests to clean up (strip the beds, put the bins out) than average.

A very comfortable holiday house for a large family group within easy walking distance to the beach. We liked the large house with the enclosed outdoor room. The garden was fun for the kids. The kitchen was well equipped. We liked the decorations, especially the shells everywhere.
Mosquitos - but we used a mosquito repellant in the lounge that worked really well.
