About this house rental
Plan your Florida retreat to this brand new 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Port Charlotte home. Visit the Fishermen's Village, tan at the nearby beaches and relax poolside in the private yard. With enough space to sleep 8, this luxurious 2100 square-foot vacation rental boasts 3 Smart TVs, a caged saltwater pool and hot tub and a pool table that also changes into air hockey.
Guest access
The guest are more than welcome to use the entire home. Some parts of the house have some personal items of the owner and it would be greatly appreciated if they could stay where found.

OUTDOOR LIVING: lanai w/ pool & spa, patio w/ Weber gas grill, outdoor dining set, outdoor shower
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, coffee maker, toaster, ice maker, dishware/flatware, garbage disposal, spices, cleaning supplies under the sink, reverse osmosis faucet
GENERAL: Washer/dryer, linens/towels, beach towels, beach bag, beach chairs and beach umbrella, iron/ board, hair dryers, hangers, trash bags, paper towels, ceiling fans
FAQ: Step-free access, 5 exterior security cameras (facing out), optional nightly pool heat fee ($30 per day paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay)
PARKING: Driveway fits up to 6 cars

Guests will have access to the entire property via keyless entry
The blinds and window shades are operated by an app. All windows are hurricane proof and the glass is made so during the day no-one can see inside. Windows and sliding doors in the bedrooms without window shades have blackout drapes.

- No smoking
- Pets allowed pet owners discretion along with a $100 fee for the entire stay
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- NOTE: There is an optional nightly pool heat fee of $30 per day (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied To the entire stay)
- NOTE: The walk-in closet in Bedroom 1 and the garage are accessible to guests even though it is also used by the owner of the house
- NOTE: the house is used for personal retreat by the owner. The guests are more than welcome to help themselves to anything that is in the pantry closet as well as the spice racks. We want the guests to feel like they are at home away from home

Margaret outdid herself with all of the thoughtful details this Home has. My family ended up having to check in much earlier than anticipated and Margaret made it so easy. The beds are super comfy, linens great quality and I normally don’t sleep well without my pillow however, I slept like a baby while here. The check-in and checkout process was super easy.We miss this place already!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful brand new home. We loved the kitchen and open floor plan. We loved all the special amenities in the home. We really loved the huge salt water pool and jacuzzi! We loved eating at Fisherman’s village near by! We didn’t want to leave and will definitely come back!
