All rooms lead off a long, art lined hall. The open plan lounge/kitchen features designer seating, sculpted wood furniture and a large UHD TV. There is a sun drenched balcony with table and seating and top of the range sound system. The Kitchen/dining area features Italian granite worktops, top of the range Bosch appliances and a hand crafted oak dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with fine glassware, china and cooking equipment fit for a chef.
The master bedroom comprises of a sumptuously soft, deep sprung King size bed with fine Egyptian cotton bedding, plus antique furniture that enhances the property's bourgeois character. The master bedroom has a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a large bath, big enough for 2.
The second bedroom is bright and spacious with the option to have either two single beds or one king size bed depending on your group size. There is plenty of storage space within the wardrobe and chest of drawers for two guests.
The main bathroom comprises of a large walk-in rain shower, twin marble sinks set on exotic wood furniture, and heated towel rail draped with sumptuously soft towels.
There is a separate toilet off the hallway which is artistically decorated with jungle wallpaper and soft lighting. The traditional sink is set on top of wooden drawers for extra storage space for all your required toiletries.

We spent several weeks in this apartment and loved every moment. Its unbeatable location — just a short stroll from the city center, train station, Froville market, the iconic Croisette, and the beach — made exploring a joy. The space is fully equipped, but what truly stood out was the exquisite decor, curated with impeccable taste and care. I’d return a thousand times over. The owners were exceptionally attentive to every detail, ensuring our stay was not only comfortable, but truly unforgettable.
