Access to the terrace is via private stairs inside the apartment, where you’ll find a spacious dining room overlooking the lake and a warm Jacuzzi perfect for relaxing.

1) - To grant access to the resort, we’ll need a photo ID or passport for all guests.

2) - ELECTRICITY IS NOT INCLUDED. The cost of this service will depend on your usage during your stay, at a rate of 24 Dominican pesos per KW consumed. Payment can be made in cash, via local bank transfer, or through Airbnb (please note that we must add a bank transaction fee USD 7.00 to the initial amount when paying via Airbnb).

6) - The Private Beach Club is a 700-meter walk or a 1-minute drive away; a minimum entry fee of USD 35.00 per person is required, and food, drinks, and other consumables must be purchased on-site. The Beach Club closes at 5:00 pm.

7) - Before your arrival, we recommend stopping by a supermarket; in the accommodation, you will find drinking water, coffee, sugar, dish soap, conditioner, shampoo, and body soap. Each guest is responsible for replenishing these items.

8) - Cruiser bikes are available for rent (includes delivery and helmet), subject to availability. The rental cost depends on the number of days.

9) - Enjoy a delicious breakfast overlooking the lake and the Cana Bay golf course for just USD 10.00 plus local taxes per person at the Ventanas Restaurant. This offer is available to all our guests, regardless of which unit they are staying in. Located in the Cana Pearl Residential at the beginning of Phase I.
