Cozy 1-bedroom condo Destin, FL. Pools/tennis, Free Wi-Fi. In unit Washer/dryer

The house has everything you need for an amazing vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook whatever you like, and the cleanliness is excellent. The complex is very well maintained, and the three pools are very clean. It's strategically located close to everything: supermarkets, shopping malls, and clothing outlets. Although it's three blocks from the beach, there's no direct access; you have to walk about ten blocks to reach the nearest access point, or you can drive since there's parking available. The property isn't very quiet, so you can hear the neighbors a little, but it didn't bother us or prevent us from having a wonderful stay!

Great condo and location. Only issue was keypad entrance didn’t work when we arrived but they had someone there within a few hours and even compensated a slight refund. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, only issues we ran into was the upstairs tenant was loud at random times in the night (we understand it’s a shared space and wasn’t upset about it), and we had to hot spot internet on our phones due to the weather being cruddy(again not a major issue for us) over all was worth the price and we enjoyed our time there.

I will start by saying luckily we didn’t have to spend a whole lot of time here. When we walked in it smelled as though someone had been smoking in there for months. I notified the owner as I didn’t want to get blamed. She gave me a 25 credit in case I bought some air freshener . There was nothing that would fix it.The property itself is beautiful, there are turtles under the bridge that we enjoyed watching, a beautiful area to walk around in the mornings, but we spent the majority of our time with my sister across the street. I am adding a couple photos (pillow cases & bathroom vent) of the cleanliness issues that we came across. But by far the smell was the worst. Probably would not stay here again.
