Superb chalet of about 100m2 completely new and very comfortable for 8 people! It is located very close to the slopes and shops of Saint Sorlin d'Arves (5 min walk). Its location and charm make it a very important chalet for family holidays in the mountains.This accommodation in Prestige is nestled in a recent residence and in a unique setting close to the slopes and the village but in quiet noises and looks.In triplex you will find an entrance with storage, a bathroom, a toilet, two bedrooms (one with double bed of 160*200cm and the other with double bed of 140*190). On the upper floor, two other bedrooms (one with double bed of 160*200cm and the other with two single beds of 90*190cm), a bathroom and a toilet.Finally, on the top floor, a living room with open kitchen, a living room with TV and pellet stove to warm up the winter evenings, a very large high balcony with open views of the slopes and the mountain.The apartment is modern and equipped with electric dry shoes at the entrance, a washing machine and a dryer, a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, an electric filter coffee maker and another with a dosette (KRUPS), a kettle, a toaster, a raclette and fondue machine, a Monsieur cuisine appliance, and all the dishes for 8 people!Enjoy free parking: two parking spaces, a Wifi connection and a ski locker.Please note that sheets and towels are optional and additional.You can order them up to 3 days before your arrival.Animals are not allowed.
