About this apartment rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 110 m² flat in Paris can accommodate up to 8 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three good bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area, and a mezzanine
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200), dressing area and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a study area
- Bedroom 3: with a pull-out bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Paris, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :
Visit Paris (Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides 2 km away, Les jardins du Luxembourg and Saint Germain district 2.5 km away)
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in a private parking lot 100m from the apartment.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Gare Montparnasse, about 7 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Paris-Orly airport, about 22 minutes by car

- No shutters on sofa bed, through light
- Bed linen and towels included

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
