The rental was beautiful, well appropriated and spacious (comfy beds and large bathrooms), and it had all of the amenities that we needed. We loved the rooftop deck as well. It is located right next to Fat Bottom Brewery, is close to a Dollar General and Kroger, which was very convenient. Having a keycode to access the property was also convenient. There were a few minor complaints to mention, however. There was some difficulty in getting the ID picture in focus for the verification process, which delayed me getting the check-in instructions. Also, the front yard was not mowed, which hurt the curb appeal slightly. Lastly, we did find some dirty dishes in the kitchen. Overall, however, we had a fantastic stay. I would stay at this property again and was excited about sharing the details with friends and family.

The house and property were nice. I did contact the host in order to get it early check-in which was denied the original check-in time is 4:00 PM however I had not received any check-in instructions or code to enter the property prior to that. I used the app to message the host and never got a response in regards to check in process or code to enter the house. I ended up having to call Grand Welcome and speak to someone about getting the code to check in. We then were unable to get into the house until after our original check in time. The purpose of this trip was a surprise bachelor party. Unfortunately, we did not get in early enough to set everything up like we wanted and the groom had already arrived by the time we got in.
