We had an amazing time and would return. It was clean, a quick uber ride away from Broadway and other attractions, and we felt safe as a group of 4 women. The only things I’d note that could be improved from our experience was that I had to call to receive the code for the door despite sending a message the evening before and morning of with no response. I finally called when it was 30 minutes prior to check-in. I was surprised by this since all other reviews reflected easy-check in, so hopefully we were just a one-off. Thankfully the call was quick and easy and we received the code immediately. The lawn was also pretty long, which was initially off-putting, but thankfully the inside was well-kept. Lastly, I love when hosts put instructions for check out/ clean up at the property, so would recommend that. Overall, great stay!

This is an excellent location away from the hustle and bustle of city centre. Very comfortable, fully equipped with everything you need. I would stay here again. The only upgrade I would suggest, is updating the rooftop patio furniture.

The house and property were nice. I did contact the host in order to get it early check-in which was denied the original check-in time is 4:00 PM however I had not received any check-in instructions or code to enter the property prior to that. I used the app to message the host and never got a response in regards to check in process or code to enter the house. I ended up having to call Grand Welcome and speak to someone about getting the code to check in. We then were unable to get into the house until after our original check in time. The purpose of this trip was a surprise bachelor party. Unfortunately, we did not get in early enough to set everything up like we wanted and the groom had already arrived by the time we got in.
