From here, you can step out onto the sunny southeast-facing balcony, which, at about 15 m², offers plenty of space for 4 people as well as two sun loungers—ideal for enjoying the fresh air and the view.
The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV, and offers direct access to the luxurious master bathroom. Please note that renovation work on a historic villa on the neighboring property at the rear of Kurstraße is expected to begin on 10.08.2026. Clearing, roofing, and facade work, in particular, is planned through the end of the year. During the winter months, work is expected to continue primarily indoors. The renovation is currently scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2027. No construction work will take place during the Christmas and New Year’s Eve period.
