Family owned Duplex located in a beautiful, safe, and historic neighborhood. {Chatham-Arch neighborhood}

This duplex was built in 1900 and still has a lot of the original features. WE DO NOT HAVE HAND RAILS GOING UP/DOWN THE STAIRS for those that need extra assistance.

We are located right along Mass Ave and Bottleworks. Very walkable to grocery, coffee, food and more. Murat Theatre is walkable. Gainbridge, Lucas Oil, and convention center is a short Uber ride away. The Childrens Museum and Zoo are both a short drive away. The Monon (long walk/run/bike trail) is just down the street along with a kids park. There is a small splash pad within walking distance or drive for those with kiddos.
Our family loves traveling and has put A LOT of love into this home for others to enjoy while away from their own home. We are happy to help with any planning or recommendations you may need.
This is a private space that has a lot of to offer. The Main floor has a Master bedroom with a queen bed with attached full bath, den with a queen bed, kitchen, pool table, living room and more. There is a basement that has been recently finished and it has a bedroom with a queen bed , full bath, laundry room, and another living room space. ****PARKING- free street parking out front. East side of road is permit parking only, which we have inside for you. West side of the road is available but can fill up quickly on weekends. Street parking can fill up fast on nice evenings and can be limited. We have a small lot you can park ONE car in that requires you to walk around as you have no access to the backyard. This spot is located in the back alley.

We had a great stay. The house is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is super cute. We had plenty of room and had fun playing pool. Everything was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

The place was amazing. The hosts were great. A storm came through the area that caused damaged but they were troopers about it. Big respect to them. Would for sure stay there again.

Wonderful clean space that can accommodate several people without feeling overcrowded. The location is excellent. Many places are walkable or a short ride share away! The host was very accommodating to our needs. We would stay again in a minute.
