We really enjoyed our stay - from the balcony, there was a wonderful view of the tops of the trees that covered the valley behind the house. We would watch iguanas eating tropical flowers on the treetops and parakeets flying back and forth. The interior was great too, with a great kitchen and comfortable furnishings.

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The property itself was very clean, spacious, and beautiful. The unit included all of the little things needed, from beach towels/chairs/coolers to shampoo and conditioner, and even a clothes steamer! There was a guide book that was very helpful for instructions for the unit and recommendations for the town. We enjoyed many evenings on both balconies, soaking in the beautiful views. Communication with the host was always quick and easy and the directions provided to get to the unit were clear and perfect. Personally, I would say the unit would be just out of walking distance from the town but that was no big deal for us since we rented a car. I would 10/10 recommend this unit to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

The host lacked communication with the renter. They did not call, text, or email us. We had no idea how to get to the property. We almost took the ferry back to St. Thomas and would have disputed the night we rented. Thank goodness the nearby hotel helped us contact the host.

We stayed here as a family with two teenagers. The unit was great and we especially loved the balcony with iguana viewing in the mornings. The queen bed was really comfy and our teens slept on the pullout sofa and had no complaints. The only thing we didn’t love is that the bathroom has a partially open ceiling, making for less sound privacy than one would like. But everything else in the unit was fantastic.
