1 Large wooden dining table can seat up to 8 guests
1 Small Dining table with 6 seats make meal time a truly family time
BEDROOMS (All rooms are private)
―Room #1: master bedroom with King size bed, work desk, plenty of closet space and mater bathroom with shower area
―Room #2: Queen bed
―Room #3: 2 Double beds ( downstair )
―Room #4: Queen bed
PARKING: 2 cars garage parking and 2 cars parking in the driveway
PETS
Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.
LAUNDRY:
Complimentary Washer, Dryer, and detergent is also provided.
BACKYARD: outdoor seating area, BBQ grill
Guest access
Guest has access to the whole house except linen closet
Other things to note
- The house has external cameras.
-For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $500.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
IMPORTANT: POOL
1. If the pool is used and you take out the vacuum, you must put it back in when done using the pool. The Vacuum is what keeps walls and floor clean of bacteria.
2. Intake line “hose” must be disconnected before it is taken out of pool. Otherwise it sucks air and will ruin pump.
3. Do not remove the tablet dispenser from pool. Can’t keep the pool clean without that equipment running.
