Terra Lago is also conveniently located near shopping centers, fine dining, and entertainment options, making it easy to enjoy all that Indio and the surrounding Coachella Valley have to offer.
Getting Around:
The main entrance to the Terra Lago gated community is on Avenue 44. You can only enter from the main entrance but can exit from any one of the community exits.

Pool and spa heating is included; the system is switched on the day before arrival, so 24 hours' notice helps. The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Pets are welcome for $150 per animal; keep them off beds and sofas ($150 per bed if pet hair is found).
Parking for up to four in the driveway or garage; street parking is prohibited (fines up to $750), and vehicles with commercial branding must stay in the garage per HOA rules.
Quiet hours 10pm to 8am.
Early check-in or late check-out (up to 2 hours) available for $75, subject to availability
