    Had a really peaceful and relaxing stay at Modena Fraser Vĩnh Yên. The property itself is beautifully designed, with clean, modern facilities and a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. That said, the overall experience could have been even better with a warmer touch from the staff. A bit more friendliness and welcoming energy would truly match the quality of the surroundings. Still, a lovely place to escape the city and recharge.

    While the hotel is well kept and clean, the customer service is not good for a 5 star hotel. - I had to pay 200k extra for having a big bed. Even though I requested that through agoda. - You only get 2 free bottles of water. If you need more you need to pay, which is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. - The breakfast quality is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Seems that they are using the cheapest ingredients available for making breakfast. I wont return
