This brand new property is located in the Jacks Point estate just minutes from the Championship Golf Course and Remarkables Ski Field. Featuring 5 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms Hawkstone is the perfect holiday house for families & friends travelling together. The outdoor fireplace, spa pool with views to the Remarkables and putting green are an added bonus.

Neighborhood
Originally farmland the Jacks Point Estate has been developed trying to keep the 3,000 acres in harmony with their original surroundings. From the planting of native fauna to the design of the houses this estate was 15 years in the planning.
Jacks Point is home to the acclaimed 18 hole Championship Golf Course, it has extensive mountain bike and walking trails, tennis courts, playground, sports fields and not to forget the Clubhouse and Restaurant which sit on the picturesque Lake Tewa which is also available for fly fishing. Here in Jacks Point we embrace the lifestyle and enjoy nature.
Access
Guests have full access to the house except our storage cupboard.
Space
This modern newly built 5 bedroom home has lots of space for everyone both inside and out. Upon opening the front door you are meet with a large entrance area which leads off to the downstairs bedrooms on the left or through to the Theatre room, separate sitting area which is perfect for relaxing with a book and taking in the view. From there you go through into the main living areas with open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
The kitchen is a cooks dream with its breakfast bar, lots of cupboards and the large butlers pantry with wine fridge and additional sink and dish drawer. Someone who enjoys cooking the owner has ensured it is stocked with good quality appliances and equipment.
Outdoor areas consist of the spa area, outdoor wood fire and separate area with dining table. There is also the putting green at the front of the house which I am sure will provide lots of entertainment for everyone.

Bed 5 (upstairs): 2 singles + Ensuite (can be made as one 1 SuperKing upon request)
The laundry is located in the double garage and we additional onsite & offsite parking available.
Transit
We recommend you have a vehicle for ease of getting around. There are buses that leave Jacks Point hourly but only on the main circuit not the side streets.
We are approx 10 minutes from the airport and the Frankton shopping district.
Less than 5 minutes to the bottom carpark to The Remarkables Ski field
and only 20 minutes into downtown Queenstown

Notes
The upstairs bedroom and bathroom have steep stairs to get to them - care must be taken.
We do not have a stair gate.
The property is not fenced.
A cot and highchair can be hired from The Butler - please enquire.
This is not a party house.
Outdoor areas not to be used after 10pm or before 7am per council requirements.

Must be 25+ to book. Person booking must stay. House must be left tidy with dishes done.
No drones allowed. No skis or snowboards to be brought into the house and no waxing of boards in the house (garage is ok

Staying at Hawkestone was like a dream come true. The house is beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and had every amenity we could possibly need. It felt luxurious yet completely comfortable — the kind of place you instantly settle into.
One of the absolute highlights was the view. The house looks straight out to The Remarkables, and you can see the mountains from almost every window. The spa in particular was incredible — soaking there while taking in those panoramic views was honestly unforgettable.
The location in Jack’s Point is perfect: peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning scenery, yet only a short drive to everything Queenstown has to offer. Waking up to the mountains each morning felt like something out of a postcard.
The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were genuinely comfortable, and the outdoor areas made it easy to enjoy the surroundings. It’s the ideal base for exploring the region — close to golf, trails, restaurants, and all the adventure activities.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend Hawkestone to anyone wanting a high-quality Queenstown experience. We’ll absolutely be back.

We had a fabulous time at Hawkstone, everything we could have hoped for and so much more. The beds and pillows were a standout in terms of comfort and luxury. Everything you need is provided, it is a beautiful home. The location is ideal in terms of access to the sites of Queenstown and surrounding attractions. It was so peaceful! We loved it! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
